Weak airflow, unusual blower noise, water around the unit, or a system that runs without delivering comfortable air are reasons to schedule an evaluation. We look at the equipment, controls, filtration, drainage and connected ductwork to identify the cause rather than assuming the air handler needs replacement.

When installation or replacement is appropriate, compatibility with the outdoor equipment, available space, service access, supply and return airflow, controls and electrical requirements all matter. Ductless and Ducted Mini-Split Service

Duct Guys offers mini-split repair, preventive maintenance and installation, including ducted mini-splits. Ductless systems deliver heating or cooling through indoor units in the rooms they serve; ducted mini-splits use an indoor unit connected to ductwork. The appropriate layout depends on the home, the spaces being served and the performance required.

Service concerns may include reduced heating or cooling, drainage problems, unusual sounds, control issues or uneven comfort between zones. Installation planning considers equipment sizing, indoor and outdoor unit placement, refrigerant-line routing, condensate drainage, electrical capacity and access for future maintenance. We also provide duct repair, installation, replacement, air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. These support our equipment services rather than replace equipment diagnosis. Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5 PM. We are closed on weekends. Emergency service may be available outside regular hours; call 503-705-1176 to confirm availability. We do not guarantee 24-hour service.
